Breakfast: cherios and coffee
Lunch: a 6" sub sandwich from Quixos, a "cup" of broccoli soup, a half (actually slightly less) of a fudge cookie and a bottle of Diet Pepsi
Dinner: A Marie Callender's Country Fried Pork Chop with Cheddar Topped Mashed Potatoes & Gravy with Cinnamon Glazed Apples and a chunk of dark chocolate and iced water
