Breakfast: from Burger King, their SOS, tater tots and coffee.
Lunch: a Healthy Choice meatloaf meal with meatloaf, mashed potatoes and brown gravy and corn with a bottle of Diet Pepsi.
Dinner: home made speghetti sauce over noodles, garlic bread and a beer (MDG).
Sadly, something upset my stomach (perhaps the grease I couldn't remove from the hamberger) and dinner came back up about a half hour after I went to bed. Tomorrow night, I will have Healthy Choice for the evening meal!
