Breakfast: cheerios and coffee, then a single slice of sour dough bread with peanut butter and grape jelly
Lunch: MacDonald's for a "Big Mac", fries and a medium "Diet Coke".
Somehow, I remember the "Big Mac" being larger when it came out in the late 1960s and they seem to have added salt to their fries; there actually seemed to be more salt on them now than before...
Kathie wanted something bland for lunch and was well satisfied that McDonald's gave her that (quarter pounder, fries and bottled water)
Dinner: A Healthy Choice "Lemon Pepper Fish" meal: Breaded White Fish with Whole Grain Rice Pilaf, Broccoli & Caramel Apple Dessert and iced water. Second dessert of the last of the chocolate pudding I have been working on evenings for the past 3 days...
