Breakfast:  oatmeal and about a third of a peanut butter and grape jelly sandwich with coffee
 
Snack: the rest of the PB & GJ sandwich and a Pepsi Zero.
 
Lunch: with Kathie, a Healthy Choice and water
 
Dinner: went to Montana Mikes and I had:
  • salad with Thousand Island dressing
  • about half of a sirloin steak
  • about half of a large baked potatoe
  • a couple of rolls with butter
  • iced water
I took the left overs home with me and will probably lunch on them Sunday...
 
Snack at home; g-n-t whilst watching the latest episode of "Merlon" (which was excellent!)
