Breakfast:  I needed an excuse to use one of my cast iron fry pans, so I cooked
  • two slices of well fried bacon
  • two eggs over easy
  • a slice of sour dough bread with mayo for the bacon
  • another slice of sour dough bread with peanut butter and grape jelly and
  • coffee!
Lunch: We wanted to go out for "Mex" but the "Mexican" place we went to was closed. So, we went to "Bad Habits Bar and Grill" and I had:
  • salad with Thousand Island Dressing
  • chicken fried steak with white gravy
  • homemade, hand cut, french fries (quite good) and
  • two glasses of "Diet Pepsi"
Dinner: The left overs from the other day:
  • the other half sirloin steak
  • much of the remaining baked potatoe (it didn't taste so great warmed up in the microwave oven)
  • one of the rolls
  • water, iced
  • a small amount of chocolate pudding and milk
