Breakfast: cheerios and coffee
Lunch: 3 left over rolls from Sunday and then, at McDonald's, chicken chunks, fries and a medium "Diet Coke"
Dinner: at Applebys,
- "French Onion Soup" (the cheese was not melted),
- fajitas with steak, chicken, saunaed onions, peppers and sour creamme
There was something in this that was very spicy and had me up about 1:35 am with severe indigestion. I tied Maalox and that worked...
