Breakfast: Jimmy Dean Breakfast Bowls Sausage (Eggs, Potatoes,Sausage & Cheddar Cheese), a small amount (a little square) of dark chocolate and coffee...
Lunch: small piece of left over steak and a left over baked potatoe and a can of Pepsi Zero.
Dinner:  baked chicken and boiled noodles and iced water
