Breakfast: cherios and coffee
Lunch: can of Healthy Choice chicken noodle soup and later, some ice creamme (and a can of Pepsi Zero).
Snack: I fried about a half pound of bacon in my large cast iron skillet, then fried an egg in the grease.
Dinner: salad, boiled broccoli and carrots, frozen cooked chicken warmed in the veggie water, and cold water and some chocolate chunks
