Breakfast: cheerios with a banana and a cup of coffee (to drink separately  )
 
Lunch: at Casey's Cowtown:
  • beef ribs (a bit fatty)
  • mashed potatoes with brown gravy
  • roll with butter and grape jelly and
  • iced water
I didn't quite meet the "plan your plate" the ADA folks taught us <s>Moanday</s> Monday night!
 
Dinner: Something much closer to the "plan your plate" ( )
  • stewed rib eye steak
  • boiled carrots and broccoli florets
  • boiled rice
  • a bottle of MDG...
