Breakfast: creamme of my wheat, "French" bread with peanut butter and grape jelly and coffee
 
Lunch: at King's Buffet for a variety of chicken and beef dishes, white rice and desert with "Diet Pepsi"
 
Dinner:  Marie Callender's Country Fried Pork Chop & Gravy, then several little Oreos and iced water
