Breakfast: cheerios with a banana and a cup of coffee
 
Snack: a small piece of my boiled pork chop and coffee
 
Lunch: Pork chops (boiled) and a can of Pepsi Zero.
 
Dinner:  I had:
  •    protein - chicken 
  •      grain - two small ears of corn on the cob
  • vegetables - raw carrots
    
  •      fruit - overlooked...
