Breakfast: cherios and coffee
 
Lunch: rice boiled with tuna fish and a can of Pepsi Zero.  Later, having gotten fairly hungry again, I had most of a couple of cookies and coffee
 
Snack: some ice creamme
 
Dinner: part of a ribeye steak, baked potatoe, aspargius and water. After checking my blood sugar, I had a gin-n-tonic
