Breakfast: cherios and spoon sized shredded wheat and too much coffee
Snack: 6 little Oreos and more coffee
Lunch: can of Healthy Choice Chicken and Noddles soup and a can of Pepsi Zero (definitely an acquired taste!)
Dinner: Taking in account the lessons learnt at last night's "Diabetes Cooking", I am going to make something nice and healthy. I am going to cook:
