_____Breakfast: cheerios and coffee

________Lunch: I made spaghetti and we had garlic bread and I also had a bottle of Diet Pepsi.

_______Dinner:  Healthy Choice meatloaf and iced water. I snacked on crackers at work.

Pre-Bed Snack: a couple of slices of sour dough bread with grape jelly...
