- 5 oz rib eye steak
- two eggs over medium
- hash browns
- 2 slices whole wheat toast with butter and grape jelly
- coffee
- and iced water
Lunch: two hamburgers and an ear of corn on the cob with cold water
Dinner: Healthy Choice Cafe Steamers Beef Teriyaka and iced water
Snack: some crackers and some graham crackers with chocolate frosting
