Veterans Day 2012

Breakfast: Casey's Cowtown for:
  • 5 oz rib eye steak
  • two eggs over medium
  • hash browns
  • 2 slices whole wheat toast with butter and grape jelly
  • coffee
  • and iced water
Lunch: two hamburgers and an ear of corn on the cob with cold water
 
Dinner: Healthy Choice Cafe Steamers Beef Teriyaka and iced water
 
Snack: some crackers and some graham crackers with chocolate frosting
