Breakfast: spoon sized shredded wheat and coffee
 
Snack: a couple of little Oreos and (more) coffee...
 
Lunch: the leftover roast beef and potatoes and a can of Pepsi Zero (defintely an acquired taste!)
 
Dinner:  Well, it won't be fancy like  and won't have  or even .  Oh, well
