Breakfast: left over stew and several English muffins with grape jelly
 
Lunch: at a Chinese place for white rice, chicken dishes, desert and "Diet Pepsi". The food and atmosphere is better than King's but the service at King's was more attentative.
 
Dinner: Healthy Choice Meat Loaf, some cookies and iced water
