Breakfast: three egg omelet made with the plastic omelet maker, two slices of sour dough bread cooked in the toaster oven and coffee
Lunch: at the DCCC for goulash, rice, cake and ice creamme and "Diet Coke"
Dinner: a Healthy Choice beef dish and a chunk of "French Bread" with cinnamon and Splenda and water
Sadly, I reacted badly to something and was coughing the rest of the evening.
