Breakfast: three egg omlette with burned sauteed onion flakes, two slices of sour dough toast with grape jelly and coffee (too much coffee)
Lunch: a Healthy Choice BBQ chicken, mashed potatoe and gravy, corn and apple desert, a bottle of water and a couple of chunks of dark chocolate.
Snack at home: a piece of dark chocolate and more coffee
Post diinner snack, a few little Oreos...
