Breakfast: oatmeal and coffee
Lunch: stewed left over steak mixed with boiled noodles and a can of Pepsi Zero.
Snack: small piece of dark chocolate and a couple of Girl Scout cookies
Dinner: I had:
- a piece of beat up steak
- two ears corn on the cob
- small amount of boiled broccoli
- cold water
Post blood testing, a bottle of MDG
AM: 76 PM: 106
I guess I can have "normal" blood sugar in the evening...
