Breakfast:  gritts and two boiled eggs and coffeeand iced water
 
Lunch: baked chicken, dressing, broccoli florets and iced water
 
Dinner: a Healthy Choice Classic Meatloaf Meal with iced water to drink!
 
Desert: a couple of chunks of dark chocolate
