Breakfast: cherios and coffee
 
Lunch: leftover pilaf, a piece of left over chicken and a can of Pepsi Zero.
 
Dinner: we went to Montana Mike and I had:
  • salad with French Dressing
  • 8 oz filet
  • baked potatoe with butter, sour creamme and cheddar cheese
  • two rolls
  • two bottles of Sam Adams Lager
