Breakfast: creamme of wheat, two slices of sour dough toast and coffee
 
Lunch: speghetti, salad, ice creamme and a glass of "Diet Pepsi:"
 
Snack: a couple of little Oreos and some dark chocolate
 
Dinner: Healthy Choice meat loaf dinner and iced water
