Breakfast:  3 little eggs cooked in the "omelet maker" (in the microwave), with a couple of slices of corned beef added and a can of Pepsi Zero.
 
Snack: a small amount of Tillamook Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese
 
Lunch:  We had an office luncheon and I had:
  • a nice chicken dish
  • small amount of noodle salad
  • several slices of buttered garlic bread
  • two different type of chocolate cake with vanilla ice creamme
  • some "Diet Coke"
 
Snack:a small piece of dark chocolate
 
Dinner:   I made homemade spethetti sauce and clearly didn't do a very good job of straining out the greece in the strainer. I put the hamburger in the strainer and ran water over it. I should have stirred up the hamburger to do an adequate job of removing the greece. I didn't and kept waking up all night with GURP. The sauce was over noodles and we have garlic bread and I drank a bottle of LandShark.
 
I forgot to bring my pills with me to work and took them about 2 pm. I took the evening pills with dinner and two hours after starting dinner, I had a score of 174. I'm amazed with this figure and I don't know if it should have been lower due to taking my morning pills at 2 pm instead of aroung 6:40 am. Maybe my "normal" evening scores are around this figure anyway?
