Breakfast: Jimmy Dean sausage egg bowl and 2 cups of hot chocolate

Lunch:  mashed potatoes, brown gravy, ham and hamburger, some ice creamme and glass of "Diet Pepsi"

Snack: some dark chocolate and coffee

Dinner: Country Fried Pork Chop & Gravy and iced water

Snack: piece of dark chocolate
