Snack: piece of dark chocolate and coffee

Lunch #1: several little pulled pork in wrap and yet more  coffee...

Lunch #2: Kathie made Rubens and I had cold water

Dinner: Healthy choice chicken and noodles and cold water

Pre-bedtime "snack": a g-and-t
