Breakfast: creamme of wheat, two slices of sour dough toast and coffee
Lunch: ham sandwich and coffee
Snack: piece of dark chocolate
Dinner: I made home made beef stew in the cast iron stew pot. This had stew beef, potatoes, carrots, onion, garlic, seasoning, beef broth and about a half cup of red wine. I had a bottle of LandShark with dinner and then a gin-n-tonic.
