Breakfast: three eggs nuked in the microwave and a can of "pepsi MAX".

Snack: small piece of dark chocolate

Lunch: can of Healthy Choice chicken and rice soup with chips and another can of "pepsi MAX".

Snack: piece of dark chocolate

Dinner: three pieces of boned skinless chicken, with garlic coating and  baked potatoe

Snack: piece of dark chocolate for obvious reasons (that is, the evening blood sugar)
