Breakfast: IHOP for:
  • 3 pancakes
  • 2 eggs over medium
  • sirloin tips
  • coffee
Lunch: chicken with a garlic sauce, baked potatoe, boiled carrots, iced water and coffee

Snack: piece of dark chocolate, later, one of those little quickie "cakes in a coffee cup"

Dinner: Healthy choice meatloaf dinner, cold water and for a "snack", a gin-n-tonic
