Breakfast: at the hotel in McPherson, where I had:
- SOS on a biscuit
- small amount of scrambled eggs
- ham slices
- orange juice
- coffee
Lunch: at Applebys for
- a 12 oz rib eye streak
- loaded baked potatoe
- mixed veggies (broccoli and carrots)
- two glasses of "Diet Pepsi"
Snack: small piece of dark chocolate
Dinner: Healthy Choice meatloaf dinner and a small amount of chocolate ice creamme and iced water
