Breakfast: left over roast beef and a peanut butter and grape jelly sandwich and coffee

Snack: piece of dark chocolate and coffee

Lunch: at the DCCC cafeteria for:
  • a chicken breast and
  • mashed potatoes and brown gravy
  • piece of chocolate cake and ice creamme and
  • glass of "Diet Pepsi"
Snack: another piece of dark chocolate and cup of coffee

Dinner: Healthy Choice Chicken Permigiana and iced water
