Breakfast: left over SOS on chopped up sour dough bread and coffee
Lunch: a Jimmy John's pork sandwich, chocolate chip cookie and medium "Diet Pepsi"
Snack: one of those coffee cup pieces of cake with a homemade sauce of dark chocolate and milk. I had a migrain a couple of hours later, probably thanks to the chocolate as a trigger mechanism (as well as the cup of coffee that went with this...)
Dinner: Healthy Choice Classic chicken and noodles and iced water and a chunk or two of dark chocolate
