Breakfast: spoon sized shredded wheat and coffee


Lunch: Big bowl of tomatoe soup with two hot dogs and coffee


Dinner: A quarter of a pizza (meat pizza) and a bottle of Landshark.


Snack: a small amount of dark chocolate chips


Snack-2:  A gin and tonic
