Breakfast: oatmeal and coffee
Snack: small amount of dark chocolate fudge
Lunch: bowl of Campbell’s Ceamme of Tomatoe soup with two boiled hot dogs and a single slice of sour dough bread withg peanut butter and grape jelly. I drank some water.
Snack: Perhaps a teaspoon of dark chocolate fudge Snack 2: Late afternoon for a small amount of potatoe chips and about a tablespoon of peanut butter.
Dinner: I brought back a tray of lazanna, which Kathie and I split. We reduced the cooking time and yet it still turned out a bit burned. Well, better luck next time…
AM 118 PM 108
I’ve found that a high AM score either results in a high PM score (~220 or so) or a low PM score (~105-115). I repent having told my brother Charlie that he should have been able to control his blood sugar easily. I have been a type two for 12 years 4 months and 9 days and I know that it is not easy!
AFTERMATH: I felt a return to the stomach pain immediately after lunch. Hopefully, I will be able to take one of my missing stomach pill (I had to get a refill) and this will make me feel better… Blood: Being diabetic, my MD has me testing my blood sugar first thing in the morning Tuesdays and Thursday and two hour after I “put down the fork” after dinner. It is fairly cheap and no problem. I seldom actually feel the “sting” of the needle.
