    Lunch: At the Sams in Garden City for
           * two ¼ pound hot dogs
           * medium "Diet Pepsi"

    Snack:  about a teaspoon of peanut butter

Breakfast: We went to IHOP and I had
     Omelette with:
        steak
        onion
        cheese
        Hash browns
        Coffee

    Lunch: skipped it

    Snack: half a peanut and grape jelly sandwich


   Dinner: At Guymon Petro
     salad
     roll with butter
     steak with excellent whiskey marinade
     garlic mashed potatoes
     mixed veggies
     two glasses of "Diet Pepsi"


Note: The food at Guymon Petro is excellent as is the service. Unfortunately, I have developed a "delicate stomach" and can not handle fat.

Aftermath: a couple of hours after going to bed, I woke up feeling ill. Nine minutes later I was quoting Vir Coto:

    Lunch: We went to the Dodge House for Thanksgiving Dinner (Lunch)
           salad
           roast beef
           turkey
           chicken leg
           mashed potatoes 
           gravy
           Desert
              chocolae pudding (small amount)
              punkin pie (small piece)
              flan (small piece)
           two glasses of "Diet Pepsi"

   Dinner: can of creamme of chicken soup, mashed potatoes and cracker

    Snack: some dark chocolate chips
    Lunch: Went to Caseys Cowtown and I had a special of
           Chicken Fried Chicken
           Mashed potatoes
           Corn
           White Gravy
           "Diet Pepsi"
 
   Dinner: home made pizza*
           1 glass beer from local brew pub

    Snack: some chicken
           peanut butter and grape jelly sandwich
           another glass of that good local beer

* All was fine until Phil (boy kitten) chased Jackie (full grown cat) across the sink and knocked my pizza onto the ground. The next time we have pizza, both cats will be exiled to the bedroom before the pizza comes forth from the oven!

The food tasted good but the end cut of roast beef I had was too damn fatty. I ended up vomiting several hours after going to bed.

    ________Lunch: We went to Pizza Butt Hutt and had

    • meat pizza - 3 slices
    • desert of
      • pudding and
      • cookies
    • and "Diet Pepsi"
    It was extremely busy and there was only one waitress so there was no service. They also ran out of pizza and defaulted to very think pizza which reminded me of crackers.

    I told Kathie "I liked one slice of the pizza!" (I had three slices.)

    She replied "talk about damnation by faint praise."

    She was unhappy and told me she "doesn't want to go back".

    "Yeah! Free at last, feee at last, free at last OF PIZZA HUTT!!!" (Appologies to Dr. King...)
