Breakfast: homemade beef soup made from a leftover piece of steak and mashed potatoes and coffee
Lunch: at a Japanese restaurant for onion soup, chunks of beef, rice and veggies and "Diet Pepsi"
Snack: a small amount of dark chocolate chips
Dinner: Zateran dirty rice, broccoli and cold water
Pre-bed Snack: small amount of dark chocolate chips
