Breakfast: left over steak, 2 scrambled eggs and 2 cups coffee

    Lunch: At Lions at the DCCC Thanksgiving Dinner
  • salad
  • slice of roast beef
  • slice of turkey
  • mashed potatoes with turkey gravy
  • desert of
    • small slice of pumpkin pie and
    • whipped creamme
  • glass of "Diet Pepsi"
   Dinner: stir fry and bottle of Stella

    Snack: 2 glasses of gin-n-tonic
