_____Breakfast:  creamme of wheat, 2 slices of toast and coffee

________Lunch: A quick cold lunch of
  • can of Chicken Noodle Soup,
  • peanut butter sandwich and
  • bottle of Diet Pepsi

_______Dinner: left over roast and gravy with potatoes and White Zin

Pre-Bed Snack: some dark chocolate chips
