Breakfast: Left over beef stew and coffee

    Snack: small amount of dark chocolate chips


    Lunch: At a local Mexican place for various dishes and 2 "Diet Cokes"

   Dinner: Lasaena, broccoli and a bottle of "LandShark"

    Snack: a gin-n-tonic
