  • pork SOS
  • bisquit with grape jelloy and
  • coffree and
  • iced water

________Lunch: left over roast and gray and cold coffee
 
_______Dinner: baked chicken, pilar, broccoli and coldf watgre

Pre-Bed Snack: gin-n-toinic and some dark chocolate chips
