Pre Dinner 80 No hours post dinnedr 90cold wager Pre-Bed Snack:
I was feeling weak and a bit dizzy so I sampled some chocolate fudge at work.
I checked my blood sugar and it was quite low at 80! Two hours after dinner,
it was 90.
Hopefully, I will wake up tomorrow morning...
