____Breakfast: 2 soft boiled eggs
               2 servings grits in the egg water
               2 cups of coffee


________Lunch: double hambirger
               French Fries (small amount)
               "Diet Coke" 

_______Dinner: salmon
               baked potatoe
               asparsgus
               cold wager


Pre-Bed Snack: 




Pre Dinner 80  No hours post dinnedr 90

I was feeling weak and a bit dizzy so I sampled some chocolate fudge at work.
I checked my blood sugar and it was quite low at 80! Two hours after dinner,
it was 90.

Hopefully, I will wake up tomorrow morning...
