____Breakfast: spoon sized shredded wheat
               single slice peanut butter & grape jelly on sour dough
               2 cups of coffee

________Lunch: 10 little Burger King chicken diskettes
               small order french fries
               medium "Diet Coke"
 
_______Dinner: 3 little slices of a new (and poor tasting) pizza from 
                Caseys General Store
               some left over spaghetti from last night
               2 glasses of Uncle Johnny Pale Ale
