Breakfast: left over steak and potatoes and carrots. Then, several hours later, about half a double serving of cold oatmeal and a cup or two of coffee.

Lunch: Sliced steak with brown gravy, mashed potatoes with brown gravy, cottage cheese, a roll and butter and finally, two glasses of what was probably Diet Pepsi...

Snack: Most of a bag of popcorn and a can of D.P.

Dinner: A Dillion's salad...
