Breakfast: Aunt Jemima pancakes and sausage and a can of D.P. (I would have had a cup of coffee but the person who usually makes the morning coffee is out of the offce. I had to wait till his boss made the coffee. I could make my own pot of brew but most folks seem to think I make it too weak...)
Lunch: Healthy Choice Familiar Favorites Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo chicken Breast Chunks and Fettuccini in Alfredo Sauce.
Dinner: A McDonald's Club salad and a glass of water.
