Breakfast: Creame of wheat and two slices of sour dough bread (with low-cal spread on them) toasted in the office toaster. Also, a can of DP and later, some coffee.
Lunch: The rest of my leftover stew and a half peanut butter samwhich (peanut butter on a slice of sour dough bread) and a can of D.P.
Dinner: Oven cooked pot roast, cooked with chunked potatoes and carrots plus water for a drink and a glass of white whine.
