Breakfast: Aunt Jemima Great Starts® Meal Pancakces & Sausage plus a can of D.P. and bad coffee left over from last night's evening shift...
Snack: A small package of oreo cookies (Boy, did that sugar rush hit quickly!)
Lunch: one "All American" Breakfast Wrap made by the South Beach Diet folks and a can of D.P.
Dinner: A nice salad and water.
Movie: Nachos and cheese, a small "Diet Pepsi" and a scoup of choclate ice creamme afterwards...
Post Dinner: Two gin and tonic with 3 shots of gin...
