Lunch: Healthy Choice® Cafe Steamers™ Grilled White Meat Chicken & Roasted Red Pepper Alfredo Sauce With Linguini Pasta & Broccoli Florets and a can of D.
DInner: Applebys for "Fish and Chips": Some kind of breaded fish, french fries (they appologized for being out of "chips"), cole slau and a couple of glasses of "Diet Pepsi". We split a choclate desert that consisted of:- a choclate brownie with hollow centre filled with fudge sauce
- a large scoup of vinilla ice creamme with choclate fudge on it
- chocolate fudge drizzled over the plate.
I remembered (actually Kathie reminded me) to take my pills when I got home so the score of 182 (182?) two hours after finishing dinner didn't really come as a surprise...
