Breakfast: cherioes and coffee

Lunch: We went to the Italian place at the Garden City Airport. I had spethettie with meat sauce and meatballs, homemade rolls with butter and "Diet Pepsi"

Dinner: left over turkey, dressing, mashed potatoes and gravy (with iced water)

Snacks: some peanuts and 4 little Oreos...

Thanksgiving 2010 (25 November 2010)

Breakfast: we had
  • bacon
  • scrambled eggs
  • Seri Lee coffee cake
  • coffee...
Lunch: traditional Thanksgiving fare of:
  • turkey
  • dressing
  • mashed potatoes
  • broccoli
  • gravy
  • rolls with pseudo butter and grape jelly
  • cold water
Dinner: A Healthy Choice TV dinner and iced water...

Snack: a small piece of pumpkin pie with whipped creamme (shared with my dog, of course) and some turkey (which my dog also enjoyed...)

Breakfast: at the Boot Hill Casino restaurant: SOS on hash brown potatoes, well cooked bacon stripes, a couple of well cooked disks of sausage, what must have been cheddar cheese scrambled eggs, coffee and iced water

Snack: a small piece of sliced turkey in a wrap and a sip of some God Awful "energy drink" (even Kathie didn't like it...) and then a small bottle of ice cold water (rather hard to screw up the taste of water!)

Lunch: home made speghettie sauce (2 pounds of hamberger, 2 cans of tomatoe sauce, around 1/4 cup of red whine, two tablespoons of brown sugar) over noodles and garlic bread with coldwater

Dinner: Marie Callender's Beef & Broccoli (Sliced Beef with Rice & Broccoli in a Savory Sauce) and iced water...

Breakfast: wheaties and coffee

Lunch: one (1!) slice of meat pizza and 3 little chunks of cake and a small amount of cole slaw.

Snack: a couple of little chunks of cake (the left over pizza from the office luncheon consisted solely of pizza contaminated with olives, mushrooms, onions and other crap...

Dinner: Marie Callender's Beef & Broccoli (Sliced Beef with Rice & Broccoli in a Savory Sauce) and iced water

Breakfast: grits and coffee

Lunch: yogurt with frozen strawberries, later, three deep fried chicken legs (less what my dog begged from me!) and a bottle of Diet Pepsi

Snack: I planned on having salad for dinner (around 7:30 pm) and about 5:25 pm, I was getting very hungry. So, I ate part of a pork chop and some rice that I had at work (left overs from 6 May)

Dinner: Hungry Man Boneless Pork Ribs: two textured slabs of boneless meat, small amount of mashed potatoes, red (tomato) gravy, a brownie and iced water

Breakfast: left over hamberger from last night, mixed with two packets of instant grits, butter and water to make the instant grits and coffee

Lunch: left over baked chicken and rice pilof and a can of "Pepsi One"...

Dinner: at Montana Mike's:
  • salad with Thousand Island Dressing
  • 8 oz fillet
  • "loaded" baked potatoe
  • about ½ of a "Mudslide" (brownie, vanilla ice creamme, whipped creamme and chocolate fudge drizzle)

Breakfast: (late) a small piece of keech and some fruit at "Cup of
Jo~nes" in Dodge City

Lunch: a 6" ham and turkey sub with lettuce, chips and a medium "Diet
Pepsi" at "Subway Sandwiches". They are cutting back on what they have
available and that really upset my wife, especially since they were
still advertising a sandwich (which she wanted) that had been
discontinued at least a week ago. They took that item off the menu...

Dinner: homemade pizza crust (slightly burnt) with topping and
hamburger. I made the mistake of putting dried onion flakes on it and I
had indigestion all night and slept very badly...

Breakfast: first, I boiled two eggs and then added instant grits and cooked it. Alas, I burned some of the egg and had to throw it out; actually, I gave it to my dog who thought it was just fine!

Lunch: We went to "King's Buffet" and had chicken, rice, beef, a small amount of french fries, choc pudding and some vinallia pudding and Diet Pepsi. All stuff that probably wasn't good for me...

Dinner: Healthy Choice Beef Pot Roast (Roasted Beef with Cabernet Gravy, Carrots, Red Potatoes & Appled Cranberry Multigrain Crisp) and iced water

Then, a bag of popcorn for "desert"...

Breakfast:  left over roast beef, some mixed gravy and finely chopped potatoes and carrots and a slice of bread plus a cup of coffee

Lunch: Burger King XT burger, fries and a "Diet Coke" (I thought this was supposed to have a layer of crispy onions and cheese but it had neither. I wonder what they actually gave me?)

Dinner: Hungry-Man Boneless Pork Ribs (Pork patties glazed with barbeque sauce with home-style mashed potatoes and sweet corn - includes a chocolate brownie) and iced water

Healthy Choice Cafe Steamers Cajun Style Chicken & Scrimp (Chicken Tenderloin & Scrimp with Rice and Vegetables in Spicy Cajun -Style Sauce) and iced water (with two little Oreo cookies for an appetizer)

Breakfast: corned beef hash and 2 eggs cook with this and coffee

Lunch: at a fairly new "Mexican" place, several hard shell tacos, refried beans and red rice, some other stuff and "Diet Coke"

 Snack:a choclate chip cookie (big mistake, it made me feel ill and I think it was an excessive sugar thing...)

Dinner: two chicken breasts, left over from this past Sunday; some boiled broccoli; some rice; iced water

 Snack: two little Oreo cookies

1 10oz Bottle Heinz Chilli Sauce
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice

Place meatballs in slow cooker with mixture and heat until warm.

Lunch: at Pizza Hutt, a couple of slices of meat pizza, a slice of apple desert pizza, a small cup of choclate pudding and a salad with 1000 Island dressing

Dinner: Healthy Choice Classic Meat Loaf (Meat Loaf with Rich Brown Gravy, Mashed Potatoes, Sweet Corn Blend & Apple Cranberry Multigrain Crisp) and iced water

  • ribeye steak done medium (I took the remnants home and will have them for breakfast later this week)
  • baked potatoe
  • roll with honey butter
  • 2 glasses of "Diet Pepsi"
We have very good service from a young waitress who was very cute...

Dinner: a Healthy Choice meatloaf/mashed potatoe/corn/apple crisp dinner and a couple of pieces of dark chocolate my wife took from the goodies bowl for trick and treaters...
