Breakfast: left over roast beef, some mixed gravy and finely chopped potatoes and carrots and a slice of bread plus a cup of coffee
Lunch: Burger King XT burger, fries and a "Diet Coke" (I thought this was supposed to have a layer of crispy onions and cheese but it had neither. I wonder what they actually gave me?)
Dinner: Hungry-Man Boneless Pork Ribs (Pork patties glazed with barbeque sauce with home-style mashed potatoes and sweet corn - includes a chocolate brownie) and iced water
