Breakfast: peanut butter and jelly sandwich and coffee

Lunch: at Pizza Hutt, a couple of slices of meat pizza, a slice of apple desert pizza, a small cup of choclate pudding and a salad with 1000 Island dressing

Dinner: Healthy Choice Classic Meat Loaf (Meat Loaf with Rich Brown Gravy, Mashed Potatoes, Sweet Corn Blend & Apple Cranberry Multigrain Crisp) and iced water
